Solution :
(1) 3 9/10
9 divided by 10 is 0.9 it is in decimal fraction
So, the 9 divided 10 = 0.9
The 3 9/20 is written as 3.9 in decimal fraction
So, 3.9 is read as three point nine
(2) 1 4/10
4 divided by 10 is 0.4 it is in decimal fraction
4 divided 10 = 0.4
The 1 4/10 is written as 1.4 in decimal fraction
Thus, 1.4 is read as one point four
(3) 5 3/10
3 divided by 10 is 0.3 it is in decimal fraction
3 divided 10 = 0.3
The 5 3/10 is written as 5.3 in decimal fraction
Hence, 5.3 is read as five point three
(4) 8/10
8 divided by 10 is 0.8 it is I decimal fraction
8 divided 10 = 0.8
So, 0.8 is read as zero point eight
(5) 7/10
7 divided by 10 is 0.7 it is in decimal fraction
7 divided 10 = 0.7
So, 0.7 is read as zero point seven.

Solution :
(1) 9 1/10
1 divided by 10 is 0.1 it is in decimal fraction
1 divided 10 = 0.1
The 9 1/10 is written as 9.1 in decimal fraction.
So, 9.1 is read as nine point one.
(2) 9 1/100
1 divided by 100 is 0.01 it is in decimal fraction
1 divided 100 = 0.1
The 9 1/100 is written as 9.01 in decimal fraction.
Therefore, 9.01 is read as nine point zero one
(3) 4 53/100
53 divided by 100 is 0.53 it is in decimal fraction.
53 divided 100 = 0.53
The 4 53/100 is written as 4.53 in decimal fraction
So, 4.53 is read as four point five three
(4) 78/100
78 divided by 100 is 0.78 it is in decimal fraction
78 divided 100 = 0.78
So, 0.78 is read as zero point seven eight
(5) 5/100
5 divided by 100 is 0.05 it is in decimal fraction
5 divided 100 = 0.05
So, 0.05 is read as zero point zero five.
(6) 5/10
5 divided by 10 is 0.5 it is in decimal fraction
5 divided 10 = 0.5
So, 0.5 is read as zero point five
(7) 2/10
2 divided by 10 is 0.2 it is in decimal fraction
2 divided 10 = 0.2
So, 0.2 is read as zero point two
(8) 20/100
20 divided by 100 is 0.2 it is in decimal fraction
20 divided 100 = 0.2
So, 0.2 is read as zero point two.

Solution :
(1) 6.13
We know,
Decimal fraction 6.13 read as six point thirteen
Digits = 6
Place = Units
Place Value = 6
Digits = 1
Place = Tenths
Place Value = 1× 1/10 = 0.1
Digits = 3
Place = Hundredths
Place Value = 3× 1/100 = 0.03
Hence, The place value of 6 is 6
The place value of 1 is 0.1
The place value of 3 is 0.03
(2) 48.84
We know
Decimal fraction 48.84 read as forty-eight point eighty-four
Digits = 4
Place = Tens
Place Value = 4 × 10 = 40
Digits = 8
Place = Units
Place Value = 8
Digits = 8

Place Value = 8× 1/10 = 0.8
Digits = 4
Place = Hundredth
Place Value = 4 × 1/100 = 0.04

Decimal fraction 72.05 read as seventy-two point zero five.

Place = Tens

Place = Hundredth

We know, Decimal fraction 3.4 read as three point four
Digits = 3
Place = Units

The place value of 4 is 0.4

We know, Decimal fraction 0.59 read as zero point fifty-nine
Digits = 0
Place = Units
Place Value = 0
Digits = 5
Place = Tenths
Place Value = 5 × 1/10 = 0.5
Digits = 9
Place = Hundredths
Place Value = 9 × 1/100 = 0.09

Solution :
(1) ₹ 58.43
We know, 58.43 = 58 + 0.43
1 rupees = 100 paise
0.43 rupees= 43 paise
It means the ANS is 58 rupees 43 paise
(2) ₹ 9.30
We know, 9.30 = 9 + 0.30
1 rupees = 100 paise
0.30 rupees = 30 paise
It means the answer is 9 rupees 30 paise
(3) ₹ 2.30
We know, 2.30 = 2 + 0.30
1 rupees = 100 paise
0.30 rupees = 30 paise
It means the answer is 2 rupees 30 paise
(4) ₹ 2.3
We know, 2.3 = 2 + 0.3
1 rupees = 100 paise
0.3 rupees = 30 paise

Solution :
(1) 6 rupees 25 paise
We know, 1 rupees = 100 paise
0.25 rupees = 25 paise
6 rupees can be written in decimal form as 6₹
25 paise can be written in decimal form as 0.25₹
∴ 6 + 0.25
= 6.25
Therefore, 6 rupees 25 paise written in decimal form as ₹ 6.25
(2) 15 rupees 70 paise
We know, 1 rupees = 100 paise
0.70 rupees = 70 paise
15 rupees can be written in decimal form as ₹ 15
70 paise can be written in decimal form as ₹ 0.70
So, 15 + 0.70 = 15.70
15 rupees 70 paise written in decimal form as 15.70₹
(3) 8 rupees 5 paise
We know, 1 rupees = 100 paise
0.05 rupees = 5 paise
8 rupees can be written in decimal form as 8₹
5 paise can be written in decimal form as 0.05₹
So, 8 + 0.05 = 8.05
8 rupees 5 paise written in decimal form as 8.05₹
(4) 22 rupees 4 paise
We know, 1 rupees = 100 paise
0.04 rupees =4 paise
22 rupees can be written in decimal form as 22₹
4 paise can be written in decimal form as 0.04₹
∴ 22 + 0.04
= 22.04
22 rupees 4 paise written in decimal form as 22.04₹
(5) 720 paise
We know, 1 rupees = 100 paise
720 paise = 700 paise + 20 paise
720 paise = 7 rupees + 20 paise
7 rupees can be written in decimal form as 7₹
20 paise can be written in decimal form as 0.20₹
Therefore, 7 rupees 20 paise written in decimal form as 7.20₹

Solution :
(1) 58.75 m
We know, 58.75 m = 58 m + 0.75 m
1 m = 100 cm
0.75 m = 75 cm
It means answer is 58 m 75 cm
(2) 9.30 m
We know, 9.30 m = 9m + 0.30 m
1m = 100 cm
0.30 m = 30 cm
It means answer is 9m 30 cm
(3) 0.30 m
We know, 1 m = 100 cm
0.30 m = 30 cm

Solution :
(1) 1m 50 cm
We know, 1 m = 100 cm
50 cm = 0.5 m
1 m 50 cm written in decimal fractions as 1.5 m
(2) 50 m 40 cm
We know, 1 m = 100 cm
40 cm = 0.40 m
50 m 4 cm written in decimal fractions as 50.40m
(3) 50 m 4 cm
We know, 1 m = 100cm
4 cm = 0.04m
50 m 4cm written in decimal fraction as 50.04m
(4) 734 cm
We know, 1 m = 100 cm
734 cm = 700 cm + 34 cm
734 cm = 7m + 0.34m

734 cm written in meter and decimal fraction as 7.34m

We know, 1 m = 100 cm
10 cm = 0.1m

Solution :
(1) 6.9 cm
We know, 6.9 cm = 6 cm + 0.9 cm
1 cm = 10 mm
0.9 cm = 9 mm
So, the answer is 6 cm 9 mm
(2) 20.4cm
20.4 cm = 20 cm + 0.4 cm
We know, 1 cm = 10 mm
0.4 cm = 4 mm
So, the answer is 20 cm 4 mm
(3) 0.8 cm
We know,
1 cm = 10 mm
0.8 cm = 8 mm
So, the answer is 8mm
