Pictographs all Question Solutions :

Problem Set 52 :

Question no – (1)

Solution :

Observe the given information

We know, All the stocks are divided by 4

So, here we consider

4 stock = 1 stocks

Means that

40 stocks = 40/4 = 10 stocks

56 stocks = 56/4 = 14 stocks

8 stocks = 8/4 = 2 stocks

32 stocks = 32/4 = 8 stocks

And by using this we made a pictograph

Question no – (2)

Solution :

Observe the given information

We know, All the Number are divided by 12

So, here we consider

12 vehicles = 1 vehicle

Means that

84 vehicles = 84/12 = 8 vehicles

60 vehicles = 60/12 = 5 vehicles

24 vehicles = 24/12 = 2 vehicles

12 vehicles = 12/12 = 1 vehicle

24 vehicles = 24/12 = 2 vehicles

And by using this we made a pictograph.

So, here we consider

7 books = 1 book

Means that,

28 books = 28/7 = 4 books

14 books = 14/7 = 2 books

21 books = 21/7 = 3 books

35 books = 35/7 = 5 books
