**Exercise:- 4.2**

**(1) Solution:-**

45a^{4}÷ 9a^{2}

= 45a^{4}/9a^{2}

= 5a^{2}

**(2) Solution:-**

-24a^{5}÷ 3a^{2}

= – 24a^{5}/3a^{2}

= -8a^{3}

**(3) Solution:-**

30a^{4} x^{3} ÷ 6a^{2} x

= – 30a^{4} x^{3} / 6a^{2} x

= -5 a^{2} x^{2}

**(4) Solution:-** – 28 x^{4} y^{3} z^{2} ÷ 4x y z

= – 28 x^{4} y^{3} z^{2} /4x y^{2} z

= – 7 x^{3} y z

**(5) Solution:-**

-36a^{3} z^{3} y^{2} ÷ (-4ayz)

= – 36a^{3} z^{3} y^{2}/- 4ayz

= 9a^{2}y z^{2}

**(6) Solution:-**

– 22 x^{3} y^{2}z÷ – 2xyz

= – 22 x^{3} y^{2} z/ – 2xy z

= 11 x^{2} y

**(7) Solution:-**

(3a^{3} b^{3}– 2a^{2} b^{3}) ÷ a^{2}b^{2}

= 3a^{3}b^{2} – 2a^{2} b^{2} /a^{2} b^{2}

= 3 a^{3} b^{2} /a^{2} b^{2} – 2a^{2} b^{3} /a^{2} b^{2}

= 3a- 2b

**(8) Solution:-**

(36 x^{4} y^{3} + 9x^{5} y^{2}) ÷ 9xy

= 36 x^{4} y^{3} /9 x y+ 9x^{5} y^{2} /9xy

= 4 x^{3} y^{2} + x^{4} y

**(9) Solution:- **

(a^{3} b^{4}– 3a^{7} b^{7}) ÷ – a^{3} b^{3}

= a^{3} b^{4} / a^{3} b^{3} – 3a^{7} b^{7}/ a^{3} b^{3}

= b- 3a^{4} b^{4}

**(10) Solution:- **

(6a b -9a b) V 3a b

= 6a b/3a b – 9a b/3a b

= 2a b- 3a b

**(11) Solution:-**

(15x^{3} y^{3} + 12x^{3} y^{2}– 1 x^{5} y^{3} ) ÷ 3x^{2} y^{2}

= 15x^{3} y^{3}/ 3x^{2} y^{2} + 12x^{3} y^{2 }/ 3x^{2} y^{2} – 12x^{3} y^{2}/ 3x^{2} y^{2}

= 5xy+ 4x – 4x^{3} y

**(12) Solution:- **

(6x^{8} y^{6} z- 4x^{4} y^{3} z^{2} + 2x^{2}y^{2}z^{2}) ÷ 2 x^{2} y^{2} z

= 6x^{8} y^{6} z/ 2 x^{2} y^{2} z – 4x^{4} y^{3} z^{2}/ 2 x^{2} y^{2} z+2x^{2}y^{2}z^{2 }/2 x^{2} y^{2} z

= 3 x^{6} y^{4} – 2 x^{2}z + z

**(13) Solution:- **

(24a^{2} b^{2} c- 15a^{4} b^{4} c^{4} – 9a^{2} b^{6} c^{2}) ÷ (-3ab^{2})

= 24a^{2} b^{2} c /-3ab^{2}– 15a^{4} b^{4} c^{4} /-3ab^{2}– 9a^{2} b^{6} c^{2}/ -3ab^{2}

= – 8a c + 5a^{3} b^{2} c^{4}+ 3ab^{4} c^{2}

**(14) Solution:-**

(a^{3} b^{3} + 2a^{2} b^{3}) ÷ (a+2b)

= a^{3} b^{3}/ a+2b + 2a^{2} b^{3}/ a+2b

= a^{2} b^{2}

**(15) Solution:-**

(6x^{2} +x-2) ÷ (2x -1)

= 6x^{2} +x-2/2x-1

= 3x+2

There is one math missing and that is 34 number.I like all the other math but some of the answers ar3 incorect and the handwriting is bad.
