Solution :

(a) 7 × 7 ÷ 7 + 7 – 7

= 7 × 1 + 7 – 7

= 7 + 7 – 7

= 7

(b) 43 + 12 × 4 + 15 – 21

= 43 + 48 – 15 – 21

= 91 – (15 + 21)

= 91 – 36

= 55

(c) 168 ÷ 8 + 5 × 12 – 38

= 21 +60 – 38

= 81 – 28

= 53

(e) 412 – 108 + 315 ÷ 45 × 157

= 412 – 108 + 7 × 157

= 412 – 108 + 1099

= 304 + 1099

= 1403

(f) 196 ÷ 14 × 23 – 200 + 195

= 14 × 23 – 200 + 195

= 322 – 200 + 195

= 122 + 195

= 317

(g) 325 × 25 + 270 – 169 ÷ 13

= 8125 + 270 – 13

= 80 – [24 – {16 ÷ 8}]

(b) 96 ÷ [3 {6 – (20-18)}]

= 96 ÷ [ 3 { 6 – 2}]

= 96 ÷ [3 × 4]

= 96 ÷ 12

= 7

(c) 120 + [14 × {20 – (20 ÷ 4)}]

= 120 + [14 × {20 – 5}]

= 120 + [ 14 × 15]

= 120 + 210

= 330

(d) 888 × [ 72 ÷ {65 + (14 ÷ 2}]

= 888 × [72 ÷ {65 + 7}]

= 888 × [72 ÷ 72]

= 888 × 1

(e) 78 – [ 5 + 3 of (25 – 2 × 10)]

= 78 – [ 8 × (25 – 20)]

= 1440 – [24 – {15 – (2 × 4)}]

= 1440 – [24 – {15 – 8}]

(i) 24 + 13 – 45 × 1/2 of 10 – 45 ÷ (17-2)

= 24 + 13 – 2.5 × 10 – 45 ÷ 15

= 24 + 13 – 25 – 3

= (24+13) – (25 + 3)

= 37 – 28

= 9

(f) 100 – [90 – {80 – (70 – 10 -50)}]

= 100 – [90 – {80 – (70-60)}]

= 100 – [90 – {80-10}]

= 100 – [90-70]

= 100 – 20

= 80

(k) (9+12) ÷ 7 + 36 ÷ 2 of 3

= 21 ÷ 7 + 18 × 3

= 3 + 54

= 57

(l) 16 + [7 + {(3+7) – 5 – 3}]

= 16 + [7 + {(10 – 2)}]

= 16 + [ 7 + 18]

= 16 + 15

= 31

Solution :

= 15 = 15 × 1

= 18 = 18 × 1

= 24 = 24 × 1

Solution :

= 0 + 1 + 2 + 3 + 4 + 5 + 6 + 7 + (8 × 9)

= 100
