Question no – (25)

Deforestation is associated with global warming in the following ways. Trees often absorbs carbon dioxide from the atmosphere for producing their food . But if we keep on cutting trees the amount of carbon dioxide absorbed will be getting less and less. As carbon dioxide is a green house gas so it will trap the heat and thus increase the average temperature of the earth.

Question no – (26)

Answer :

The roots of trees helps the soil to absorb water much faster, so in the absence of trees water does not seeps into the ground but rather flows towards a nearby river which may cause flood onto nearby areas. Carbon dioxide are generally responsible for the increase in global temperature. So due to cutting of trees the carbon dioxide does not get absorbed but rather increases the temperature of earth. This increase in temperature results in droughts to some places.

Question no – (27)

Answer :

Papers are generally made from paper. Nowadays we use a large quantity of papers and often waste a lot of them. If we keep on using paper we will have to cut a lot of trees or deforest our land. This will eventually make us face the consequences of deforestation like severe droughts, floods, increased global temperature and more.
