To keep your hair clean and healthy you have to follow some rules –
(a) Wash your hair at least thrice a week with good shampoo.
(b) Oiling your hair at least 4 times a week.

Yes! I am totally agree with his statement because in minor burn we have to wash it with cold water or put ice on the burn area on the other side if there is a major burn than we have to consult to the doctor.

Answer :
As we know that first aid is rapid and intermediate treatment given to the victim before medical help is available. It is very useful and simple treatment but effective it will given in minor injuries in home and somewhere else.
(2) What steps you will follow to keep your teeth healthy?
Answer :
Steps follow to keep the teeth healthy :
(a) Brush twice day and night.
(b) Visit to your dentist at least once in a month
(c) Wash your teeth before and after you eat
(d) Eat healthy food.
(e) Don’t eat or chew tobacco.
(4) Distinguish communicable diseases and non-communicable diseases.

Communicable diseases :
(i) They are infectious diseases.

Non-Communicable diseases :

As we know that communicable disease is infectious disease which is transform from one person to another.
(a) Covid-19 :
(i) It’s a viral diseases caused by SARS-CoV-2 virus.
(ii) The virus can spread from an infected person’s mouth or nose in small liquid particles when they cough, sneeze, speak, sing or breathe.
Symptoms : Fever, dry cough, tiredness, loss of taste and smell, diarrhoea.
Treatment and prevention : Fully vaccinated, wear mask, keep distance at least 3m, use sanitizer.
(b) Cholera :
(1) It is caused by Vibrio cholera.
(2) It spreads through the consumption contaminated food or water.
Symptoms : Vomiting, thirst, leg cramps
(c) Cold:
(1) It is viral diseases.
(2) It spread by air when an infected person sneeze or cough.
Symptoms : Running nose, cough, headache
Treatment and prevention :
(i) Take rest
(ii) Paracetamol or contact to doctor if it getting worse.
(iii) Eat and drink hot food, soup and tea.
(2) List the situations in which first aid is given. What would you do if a person suffers from skin burns?
Answer :
As we know that first aid is rapid and intermediate treatment given to the victim before medical help is available. It is given is some minor situation like –
- A simple cut
- minor burns
- having injured while playing
- In case the medical help will take some time to come than we give first aid to victim.
If a person suffers from minor skin burns than we have to give him/her first aid like first we wash the area with cold water or put some ice cubes on it than apply some ointment on it but if the burns are major than we give him some first aid and consult to the doctor as soon as possible.
