  • Caucasoid (European): Their fair skin dark brown eyes and wavy hair can be noticed. They are lives in Eurasia.

  • Mongoloid (Asiatic): Light yellow to brown skin, straight hair, flat face, broad head and medium nose. They are mainly found in Asia and the artic.

Answer : 

The types of the settlement is influenced by the natural socio historical and economic features of the place

(1) Linear settlement : when a settlement is formed parallel to the road on both sides of a road then it is called linear pattern settlement.

(2) Rectangular settlements : Such settlements are mainly formed under the influence of rectangular agriculture land. Rectangular settlements are usually observed on plain lands.

(3) Circular pattern of settlements : Circular pattern of settlements are usually formed when people settle in a certain place based on a special facility. It is seen that such settlements are formed around a pond.
