Answer:- Yes of course am agree with the statement, Small fish, meat, egg this are animal protein which help us to grow up bones power, milk and milk product gives us energy, calcium, riboflavin. Vegetables are helps us to growth our body. We must take less amount f sugar because its gives us important fat, from Rice and Rooti we can get carbohydrate.
