(2) Indicate true (T) and false (F) among the following sentences.

(a) The movement and locomotion of all animals is exactly the same.

Answer :   

This is False

Because, some time similar but not whole same because the body’s are different and structure are different and movement will be changed hence the movement and locomotion of all animals is not same.

(b) The cartilages are harder than bones.

Answer :  

This is False.

Because, The cartilages are not hard but they can bent hence they are used un body in ear and nose etc.

(c) The finger bones do not have joints.

Answer : 

This is False.

Because, As we bend our finger we feel the joints this joints is between the carpels hence the fingers bone have the joints.

Answer :  

This is True.

(4) Answer the following:

(a) What is a ball and socket joint?

Answer :  

The name of these joint simplify itself the ball and socket joint these joint gives a perfect movement to your hand and we can move our hand in many directions The rounded end of one bone fits into the cavity (hollow space) of the other bone these joint is seen in your shoulder and hand and again in pelvic girdle and thigh joint is an example of ball and socket joint.

(b) Which of the skull bones are movable?

Answer :  

Skull is made up of so many bones which are pickle closed to not move and keep safe the brain inside it and many other many things there are some cartilage which bent and present in ear but they are said to be cartilage not bone and in skull only one bone move that is lower jaw.

(c) Why can our elbow not move backwards?

Answer :  

The elbow is joined with the body with the hinge joint that allows only a back and forth movement hence we cannot move our elbow backwards.
